The following are laws regarding guardianship in the Civil Code:

Article

第 78 條

限制行為能力人未得法定代理人之允許，所為之單獨行為，無效。

Article 78

A unilateral act made by a person limited in capacity to make juridical acts without the approval of his guardian is void.
